The issue described in this article has been addressed in the GFI FAXmaker 14.2 build 20080609 Issue Encountered: Faxes sent to a business contact or to fax:<number>' will not be sent and no transmission reports are received by the users. This issue is known to occur on GFI FAXmaker 14.1. On further investigation, the failed faxes are found in the <..inetpubmailrootqueue> folder on the GFI FAXmaker machine. This issue occurs when GFI FAXmaker 14.1 is installed on a separate machine than Microsoft Exchange server and your Microsoft Exchange Server is configured to use the GFI Faxmaker Exchange connector. Faxes addressedto <number>@faxmaker.com will be sent successfully.
