    <title>I am still receiving spam emails after implementing GFI MAX MailProtection, what might be the problem?</title>

GFI MAX MailProtection should block spam, viruses, and other email threats before they reach the customer's network. However, spam emails may not be properly filtered due to one or more incorrect settings within the GFI MAX control panel or on the customer's network. 

The following guide can be used to ensure that GFI MAX MailProtection is configured correctly: 

User Configuration 

GFI MAX MailProtection will only block spam emails for users which have been entered within the GFI MAX control panel and have their email filtering enabled. Perform the following procedure to ensure that the user(s) which are receiving spam have been configured correctly: 


  Open the GFI MAX MailProtection Control Panel 
  
  Click on the 'Management' tab and select the 'Users'</p>

      Ensure the user(s) which are receiving spam are included within the list, if not, click on the 'Add one or more new user(s)' link to
