    <title>Using the GFI Self-Service portal</title>

GFI Support offers a Self-Service portal which allows you to create and manage your existing cases. Through the Self-Service portal one can access an extensive solution database which provides suggestions to help with your issue. 

If you have not yet received your Self-Service portal credentials, upon submission of your next support request, please request this information when logging a case with GFI Support. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email containing your username and password. To access the GFI Self-Service portal login click here. 

Note: At the first logon you will be prompted to change the auto-generated password to a new one.
